Coronado Palms Mobile Home Park
The Coronado Palms Mobile Home Park opened in 1975. The park has a permanent section with 62 spaces and a travel trailer section with 57 spaces. The Coronado Palms is an "adult park" for residents 55 years of age and older.
Our permanent section features a recreation building with a kitchen, a reading room, and a billiard room. Adjacent to the recreation building is a pool and spa. Use of these facilities is limited to permanent tenants of the park. Laundry facilities are also located adjacent to the recreation building.
Our travel trailer section features a spa, laundry facilities, and a bathroom and shower complex.
The park is conveniently located off Interstate 5 on Coronado Avenue, only three miles North of the border. Easy access to Interstate 5 makes all destinations easily accessible.
The Pacific Ocean is only a few miles West of the park. Beach access is available at the West end of Coronado Avenue. The beach is a short, bike ride away.
The park is located adjacent to the South Bay Drive-In Theatre. The South Bay is San Diego's only remaining drive-in theatre. The drive-in has three screens that exhibit first-run movies, year-round.
The drive-in also hosts a reagional swap meet every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Spend your spare time hunting for bargains and collectables or browse the many new items offered for sale.
